too early to bed too early to rise from the bed in which we lied in which we said nothing at all we're nothing at all love is a thing that can't be read love is something that must be bled needle to the nerve for a stitch upon her seams a cradle on the edge a glitch in the machine stuck inside the camera eye blind to the peripheral everything i try to see is nothing at all, nothing at all a fruit, red like a gash is a stye dried up an apple plucked from the rye and this silicon angle forced me to cry when it fucked an asshole of my eye we're nothing at all

got a psychedelic rock in my back pocket my slingshot is ready to cast the first stone cos I gots to get my rocks off it hurts to go home alone they use ronald rayguns against aliens, their star wars start bar wars between the poor and the meek i confuse mass illusion with refusal and preclude opportunities for immunity in my impunity against the freedom to speak so dont speak freely to your boss or your maker or all the quakers with handguns will make revolution moans just make worker bee drones in complacency homes and you can atone to the devil to make sure you don't go home alone happiness is a new idea unborn mothers wed undead dads and make webporn babies with underfed calves and they're begging solomon to cut em in halves so they can piss and shit and laugh down untread paths it's a story of an eye that can never ever see eye's born roam free, whatever freedom means... but you still can't reach 360 degress you still can't reach 360 degrees

oh help me tom have you seen my knife? have you seen my wife? have you seen my life? cos you seem to know it better than I from what you pieced together in that waitresses' eyes everything seems so unfamiliar since you decided you were gonna kill her deliver my soul from this awful place i've been wandering around in a dizzy haze i find myself spinning in figure eights i guess i was just too easy to manipulate and your rapist friend could never steer you wrong it's like that old familiar song "honey, it may not ever be the best but you sometimes you gotta take what you can get you gotta slash and burn and fuck all the rest if you really want more than adequate sex" got god on line number two got a mission from him to you ol' lacey and webber are strapped to their beds and missy's been kissing corpses while you turn your head oh lord, just don't let him see the truth will strangle him in his dreams it takes a whole lot more for a man to be free than the thunderous remorse of whosoever he deems he tells me don't forget who you are don't you ever forget who you are you got 9 total reasons to get in your car and if you ain't driving in circles, you've gone too far "oh man you don't know how it is wait 'til you have to pay your taxes and shit" they might grab that girl in dry storage you both laugh and sing of your own courage the neighbor's feeling intimidated ICE is gonna take away her kids cos she's got no rights, but that skinny white bitch bends time and space when she blows a fit maybe she got the details all wrong it was me in that test tube all along i was incubated in the strong of your arm and the gun to my head's gonna keep us from harm mother tom, you were always there mother tom, can you ever repair all the damage that's been done to my peripheral vision? I can't see straight, I can't make decisions I dont know what else I can do but be the me that has grown through you why don't you just open up that womb i feel like crawling into my tomb cos it feels so nice to live off absolutes just strap me in by the chicken wire of my roots feels so nice to live off absolutes and strap me in by the chicken wire of my roots

about

Possibly the heaviest thing Death Panels's principle member has done since his days in the spacedelic noise outfit Lunch With Beardo, these pieces have all come out of moments when I felt I needed to create something loud and angry throughout the years. Some pieces are relatively new and some have origins dating as far back as far as 2003. Death Panels has largely been a rather freeform atonal noise project, but here these squeals and skronks have been assembled into breakneck jackhammer-rhythm missives, woozy industro-psych vestibular disruptions, and even (*gasp*) a couple vocal tracks. What results is a sonic exemplar of the eschatological chaos of living through this moment and the only appropriate rage-inducing, brain-melting, response one can have to it all.
